SEVEN STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT
The success of a construction project - whether it consists of building a new home or just adding to the one you already own - can depend on many different variables, many of which will be decided before any building takes place. Here at Creative Construction, we pride ourselves on our construction quality, and also understand the necessity of good planning along with the assistance of a qualified design professional.
We have teamed with professionals that have extensive experience in the design area, and are fully capable to design the ideas you might have and bring those visions into reality and put them down on paper.
If you don't have a completed design, or would like some further assistance fine tuning that idea that's already been developed in your mind please come meet with Creative Construction and see how THE SEVEN STEP PROCESS can turn your visions into reality.
Maximizes your peace of mind during the course of the project
Saves time and money in the design/development stages
Helps you save money during the course of the project

Creates a more rewarding and successful project for you

The Creative Construction Process is specifically designed to assist you with your questions and concerns in the early stages of a new home or remodeling project because the early stages can greatly affect the success of your project. Creative Construction's 7- step system takes you through your project in a well-planned, systematic and cost-effective manner.
THE PROCESS 7 STEPS
To a More Rewarding Project and Peace of Mind

Step 1: THE FEASIBILTY STUDY  Helps Develop a Realistic First Budget
In this first step of a project, an appointment is set to meet at the client's home to review the goals, scope of work, and budget for the project. A complete review of the home and lot will be performed for suitability with the desired goals. After its deemed doable Creative Construction will explain the pre-construction process or the Design Services Agreement (DSA).

Step 2: PRELIMINARY DESIGN REVIEW (Phase One of Design & Pre-Construction Services Agreement)Brings Focus to the Project
Creative Construction & Remodel, Inc. and/or a design partner is retained. A Preliminary Plan is developed and reviewed. At this stage, additional services may be consulted for input on the preliminary design as needed. The Client will spend time with Creative Construction people discussing and selecting desired products for the project. Lastly a preliminary budget is established and reviewed with the client.

Step 3: PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS STAGE (Phase Two of Design & Pre-Construction Services Agreement)Working Drawings Begin
At this point, the Client has approved the Preliminary Design and a Preliminary Budget has been confirmed. Clients also receive the Product Specifications Workbook, which is a comprehensive outline of all of the products that the client (and/or interior designer) will need to select. A listing of Creative Construction's preferred suppliers and their showroom locations is included. Clients use this valuable outline to select products for their project. The drawings are completed as required for the necessary documents needed such as permits and/or bank loans.  The permit paperwork is completed and filed with the appropriate jurisdiction by the design professional. This concludes the DSA (Design services Agreement) portion of the "Process."

Step 4: FINAL AGREEMENT
The final project proposal (specifications and description of scope of work) and construction agreement are reviewed for completeness, accuracy and signatures. At this point, last minute revisions are made to the Working Drawings and any missing spec information is added. Any budgetary changes created at this point are handled through the Change Order process. A groundbreaking date can then be set and final preparations can be made to begin construction.

Step 5: PRODUCTION MOBILIZATION  Introduction of Production Team
The project can now be introduced to the Production Team, which is mobilized to prepare for construction. Subcontractors and Suppliers are notified and readied. A Pre-Construction meeting will take place at the project site so the site will be prepared for construction.

Step 6: CONSTRUCTION  Construction Begins
Ground breaking is an exciting step for Clients, but it takes the first five steps to successfully get to this point. Construction schedules will vary depending on the nature of the project. Clients are typically engaged through the construction process verifying their selections, designs, and helping resolve any of those "unknowns" that seem to pop up now and then.

Step 7: POST CONSTRUCTION  The Scope of Work is Successfully Completed
The project is finalized in this last step and closure is brought to the project. The Production Team insures that the scope of work has been successfully met according to the Final Agreement.
